Heat+/Term+ air to water heat pump is not only supplies hot water for fan coil, floor heating system, domestic water tank, but is also compatible with the solar collector, gas furnace, boiler and other heat sources.

With Heat+ heat pump technology about 75% of the energy needed to provide heating and hot water comes from a natural air source.

In our HP we use only the best components in our equipment, such as GMCC/Toshiba DC inverter compressor, Panasonic/Toshiba DC inverter fan motor, SHIMGE DC inverter water pump, Heatwell PTC heater, multi-stage electronic expansion valve components, which can make the unit operate efficiently and stably.

We use the eco-friendly refrigerant R32, which does not destroy the ozone layer, and our heat exchangers and heat pumps help significantly reduce energy consumption compared to traditional heating and ventilation systems.

What guarantees does DATEVI provide?

We are confident in the quality of our products, so we provide an 18-month warranty on all heat pumps, heat recuperators and dehumidifiers. In case of a malfunction caused by a factory defect, we will promptly replace or repair the equipment.

What is the production and delivery time for DATEVI products?

Our production facilities allow us to produce the equipment within 15 to 45 days, depending on the complexity of the order. Delivery is carried out in ways convenient for the customer and depends on the region.

How do DATEVI heat pumps help save on heating?

Our heat pumps have an efficiency factor (COP) of up to 5, which means that up to 5 kW of heat is generated from 1 kW of electricity consumed. This reduces heating costs by up to 75% compared to electric heaters and gas boilers.

How are DATEVI recuperators better than traditional ventilation systems?

DAIKIN heat recuperators can save up to 90% of heat by returning energy from the exhaust air. They provide fresh air without heat loss, and the built-in HEPA filters guarantee the cleanliness and safety of indoor air.

Why are DATEVI dehumidifiers ideal for pools and spa areas?

DATEVI dehumidifiers not only remove excess moisture (up to 220 liters per day), but also use a heat recovery system, reducing energy consumption. This prevents condensation, mold, and corrosion, extending the service life of finishes and equipment.

What is the noise level of DATEVI heat pumps and ventilation equipment?

We use silent compressors and fans with low vibration levels, so that the noise level of our systems ranges from 25 to 40 dB (about the same as a working laptop), which makes them ideal for residential premises and hotels.
